The NAFEM Show is proud to host the inaugural launch of this premiere competition – created by chefs, for chefs. Over two days, 12 of today’s top professional chefs will use the best equipment and food sources to vie for the title of U.S. Culinary Open Champion.
How it works
The competition is an open format, allowing chefs to showcase their diverse styles of cuisine and their skills after years of training and cooking. Chefs will be given three hours to execute three courses, five servings each.
Competition activities will be held over three days.
Feb. 26: Competition Day 1 (Two sessions per day)
Feb. 27: Competition Day 2 (Two sessions per day)
