Bringing the heat

The NAFEM Show proudly hosted the inaugural launch of this premiere competition – created by chefs, for chefs. Over two days, 12 of today’s top professional chefs used the best equipment and food sources to vie for the title of U.S. Culinary Open Champion.

After two days of fierce competition, Chefs Freddy Money (right) and Michael Page (Commis – left) were named the inaugural U.S. Culinary Open Champions!
